SMM: recently, the Ministry of Ecological Environment issued a notice on the listing and Supervision of the outstanding problems found in the special action to crack down on environmental violations of solid waste in 2019.
From the notice, we learned that the Ministry of Ecological Environment requires the relevant units to do the following work: first, to rectify within a time limit. For the accumulation of solid waste, pay close attention to the organization of cleaning and disposal, prevention and control of environmental risks. The clean-up and renovation work will be basically completed by the end of November 2019. For those problems which are particularly large in quantity and difficult to dispose of, a renovation plan should be formulated by the end of October 2019 and submitted to our Ministry. The second is to trace the source of the investigation. Timely study and determine the properties of solid waste and identify the source of dumped waste as soon as possible. Third, investigate and deal with it in accordance with the law. Enterprises' environmental violations shall be investigated and dealt with in accordance with the law. Fourth, the disclosure of information. Make public the list of problems, supervision requirements and rectification information until the rectification and reform is completed.
