SHANGHAI, Aug. 24 (SMM) – Jiangsu government has started across-region rechecks on “Ditiao Steel” from Aug. 21-25, to prevent those suspended ones from coming back.
Meanwhile, it also aims to urge those mills, which have not completed their elimination targets for 2017, to speed up work.
“Ditiao Steel” is a Chinese name for low-quality steel produced in intermediate frequency furnace with steel scrap as raw material, as well as rolled steel products produced with such steel as raw material.
