Operating Rate at China Copper Tube/Pipe Producers to Jump in March, SMM Survey

SHANGHAI, Mar. 20 (SMM) - The average operating rate at Chinese copper tube/pipe producers is expected to jump to 84.68% in March, SMM foresees based on a survey.

The peak demand season for home appliance will continue in March, with sufficient orders at copper tube/pipe producers.

Production plan at major air conditioner manufacturers increased over 50% year-on-year in March. But increasing inventories at distributors may constrain consumption in the foreseeable future.
