SHANGHAI, Apr. 8 (SMM) – China’s Shandong Sacred Sun Power Sources Co. announced on April 6 that it began receiving FCP lead carbon battery orders from customers both at home and abroad, news.10jqka.com reported.
This move marked that the company entered a period of mass production and delivery of FCP lead carbon batteries. Sacred Sun joined hands with Japan Furukawa Battery to develop advanced lead carbon batteries last year, which feature large capacity, deep cycle and long life. The battery cycle life is more than 4,200 times at the state of 70% DOD and this cut power cost to about 0.5 yuan kwh.
Sacred Sun reported 1.38 billion yuan ($ 21 million) in business revenues last year, an increase of 10.72% year-on-year. And net profit came in at 32.9 million yuan, a year-on-year growth of 69.65%.
