SHFE 1509 zinc contract prices fluctuated around RMB 15,350/mt on Tuesday, and fell sharply to as low as RMB 15,215/mt at the end of trading, and closed at RMB 15,220/mt, down RMB 285/mt or 1.84%. Trading volumes increased 17,750 to 122,568 lots, and total positions grew 12,170 to 136,606. SHFE 1509 zinc contract prices will look for price floor this evening.
