DRC Miners Seek Delay to New 5% Worker Equity Rule

Major mining companies operating in the DRC are seeking a delay to a new regulation requiring a 5% equity stake for local workers by July 31. Companies including Glencore, Ivanhoe Mines, CMOC and ERG have raised concerns over implementation details.
