[Tingkat Penetrasi Kemudi Berbantuan L2 Mobil Penumpang Baru Beijing Semester I 2026 Capai 77,5%, Model Produksi Massal L3 Pertama Mendarat] Dalam Media Roundtable Konferensi Kendaraan Terhubung Cerdas Dunia 2026, Su Guobin, Wakil Direktur Biro Ekonomi dan Teknologi Informasi Kota Beijing, memperkenalkan bahwa pada Semester I 2026, tingkat penetrasi kemudi berbantuan gabungan Level 2 pada mobil penumpang baru di kota tersebut mencapai 77,5%, lebih tinggi dari rata-rata nasional sebesar 70%; BAIC Arcfox Alpha S menjadi salah satu model mobil produksi massal berkemudi otonom kondisional Level 3 pertama secara nasional, memimpin dalam pencapaian operasi jalan raya legal dan penerapan komersial kemudi otonom tingkat tinggi; didukung oleh zona demonstrasi kemudi otonom tingkat tinggi pertama di negara ini, Beijing telah secara kumulatif menerbitkan lebih dari 1.500 lisensi uji coba, dengan jarak tempuh uji aman melebihi 65 juta kilometer. Dalam hal kolaborasi Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Beijing bersama-sama membangun pusat teknologi dan ekologi kendaraan energi baru terhubung cerdas dengan Tianjin dan Hebei, yang telah menarik lebih dari 200 perusahaan rantai industri, dengan 53 di antaranya menandatangani dan menetap. Selanjutnya, Beijing akan fokus pada empat aspek: industrialisasi kemudi otonom tingkat tinggi, pembangunan “Kecerdasan Ganda” 4, terobosan teknologi inti, dan kolaborasi industri Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, untuk membangun klaster industri kelas dunia.

Upon completion, it will achieve an annual processing capacity of 10,000 tons of waste Li-ion batteries, yielding 8,000 tons of modules meeting reuse standards and 2,000 tons of hardware materials.

The project involves a total investment of RMB 1.22 billion, located in Chini Industrial Park, Chini Town, Huadu District, Guangzhou. It consists of a new energy storage smart manufacturing center, a 60,000-ton/year retired power battery comprehensive utilization and dismantling center, and a 50,000-vehicle/year new energy scrapped vehicle dismantling center. Upon completion, the annual output value will exceed RMB 1.3 billion, with annual carbon emission reduction reaching 1.03 million tons.
