OZZ to Acquire Nickel-Copper-Cobalt Focussed Sulphide Minerals

OZZ Resources Limited has entered into an agreement to acquire a 100% interest in Sulphide Minerals, thereby indirectly obtaining full ownership of the Bedaburra nickel–copper–cobalt project located in the Murchison region of Western Australia. The project comprises two exploration licences covering a total area of approximately 44 km², with potential for both laterite-hosted nickel–cobalt mineralisation and primary magmatic nickel-copper sulphide mineralisation, as well as prospectivity for copper, cobalt, chromium and platinum group elements. To advance exploration at the project, OZZ plans to raise up to $5 million through a public offering. Completion of the transaction remains subject to shareholder approval, regulatory approval, successful fundraising, and other customary conditions.
