New Orders in the Copper Plate/Sheet and Strip Industry Declined

According to SMM, thanks to sufficient earlier order reserves, the copper plate/sheet and strip industry currently maintained overall stable operations. However, new orders continued to pull back, and enterprises' backlog orders awaiting delivery gradually decreased. End-use demand follow-through was weak, and the industry lacked sustained demand momentum. The market was generally cautious about May order intake and subsequent production schedule pace.
