[SMM Analysis] LCO: Prices Fluctuated Slightly, Driven by Rigid Demand Orders

Published: Apr 23, 2026 17:18

LCO market prices were largely stable this week. Influenced by lithium carbonate prices moving sideways, LCO quotes saw minor adjustments accordingly, but overall fluctuations remained limited. On the demand side, battery cell manufacturers continued to digest raw material inventory, with restocking willingness increasing somewhat, though actual procurement remained cautious. Market participants generally maintained a wait-and-see stance, with transactions concentrated on rigid demand orders executed according to established plans. LCO prices are expected to continue consolidating within a stable range in the short term, with subsequent focus on order changes and restocking pace of downstream enterprises.
