【SMM Steel】Tenaris expands tubular tech with AllTorque oilfield acquisition

【SMM Steel】Tenaris acquired the oilfield division of AllTorque, a Canadian OEM specializing in tubular running tech. The deal builds on collaboration to enhance Tenaris WISer™ solutions for real-time torque data analysis. AllTorque brings ~30 years of torque turn experience. The integration aims to boost efficiency for Rig Direct® customers. Tenaris has used such digital solutions to run 77 million feet of OCTG. Owning this tech will enable more consistent well construction and data-driven decisions.
