[EVE: Planning to Issue H Shares and List on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited] Recently, EVE Energy Co., Ltd. announced that, in order to further enhance its capital strength and overall competitiveness, elevate its international brand image, and meet the needs of international business development, the company intends to issue H shares and list them on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company will fully consider the interests of its existing shareholders and the situation of capital markets at home and abroad, and choose an appropriate timing and issuance window within the validity period of the shareholders' meeting resolution to complete this issuance and listing. This issuance and listing are still subject to the review and approval of the company's shareholders' meeting, as well as the approval, authorization, or filing of relevant government authorities, regulatory bodies, and stock exchanges.
