I. Coal-Based Hydrogen Production
The transaction range of coke in Shandong was from 1,190 to 1,200, with the average hydrogen cost at 1.23 yuan/m³.
The transaction range of coke in Hebei was from 1,260 to 1,310, with the average hydrogen cost at 1.3 yuan/m³.
The transaction range of coke in Shanxi was from 1,360 to 1,580, with the average hydrogen cost at 1.41 yuan/m³.
The transaction range of coke in Henan was from 1,380 to 1,410, with the average hydrogen cost at 1.39 yuan/m³.

II. Natural Gas-Based Hydrogen Production
The transaction range of natural gas in Guangdong's eastern region was from 4,910 to 4,910, with the average hydrogen cost at 2.32 yuan/m³.
The transaction range of natural gas in Guangxi was from 4,800 to 5,100, with the average hydrogen cost at 2.32 yuan/m³.
The transaction range of natural gas in Shanxi was from 4,360 to 4,640, with the average hydrogen cost at 2.14 yuan/m³.
The transaction range of natural gas in Hebei was from 4,431 to 4,750, with an increase of 0.05%, and the average hydrogen cost at 2.2 yuan/m³.
The transaction range of natural gas in Shandong was from 4,680 to 4,840, with an increase of 1.06%, and the average hydrogen cost at 2.29 yuan/m³.
The transaction range of natural gas in the Pearl River Delta was from 4,890 to 4,920, with the average hydrogen cost at 2.11 yuan/m³.
The transaction range of natural gas in Hubei was from 4,530 to 4,980, with the average hydrogen cost at 2.1 yuan/m³.
The transaction range of natural gas in Henan was from 4,530 to 4,760, with the average hydrogen cost at 2.0 yuan/m³.
The transaction range of natural gas in Guizhou was from 4,700 to 4,930, with an increase of 1.48%, and the average hydrogen cost at 2.07 yuan/m³.
The transaction range of natural gas in Sichuan was from 4,710 to 4,830, with an increase of 2.25%, and the average hydrogen cost at 2.06 yuan/m³.
The transaction range of natural gas in Zhejiang was from 4,600 to 4,920, with the average hydrogen cost at 2.05 yuan/m³.
The transaction range of natural gas in Inner Mongolia was from 4,390 to 4,700, with the average hydrogen cost at 1.96 yuan/m³.
The transaction range of natural gas in Heilongjiang was from 4,670 to 4,870, with an increase of 1.71%, and the average hydrogen cost at 2.05 yuan/m³.

III. Propane-Based Hydrogen Production
The transaction range of propylene oxide in north-east China was from 7,770 to 7,800, with the average hydrogen cost at 4.36 yuan/m³.
The transaction range of propylene oxide in east China was from 7,800 to 7,820, with an increase of 0.06%, and the average hydrogen cost at 4.33 yuan/m³.
The transaction range of propylene oxide in Shandong was from 7,600 to 7,650, with a decrease of 0.39%, and the average hydrogen cost at 4.27 yuan/m³.
The transaction range of propylene oxide in south China was from 8,300 to 8,390, with the average hydrogen cost at 4.61 yuan/m³.

IV. Methanol-Based Hydrogen Production
The transaction range of methanol in north-east China was from 2,510 to 2,570, with a decrease of 0.78%, and the average hydrogen cost at 2.28 yuan/m³.
The transaction range of methanol in east China was from 2,400 to 2,630, with a decrease of 1.37%, and the average hydrogen cost at 2.27 yuan/m³.
The transaction range of methanol in central China was from 2,410 to 2,670, with the average hydrogen cost at 2.32 yuan/m³.
The transaction range of methanol in north China was from 2,260 to 2,390, with a decrease of 3.13%, and the average hydrogen cost at 2.11 yuan/m³.
The transaction range of methanol in south China was from 2,630 to 2,630, with an increase of 0.19%, and the average hydrogen cost at 2.34 yuan/m³.
The transaction range of methanol in north-west China was from 1,715 to 2,330, with an increase of 0.37%, and the average hydrogen cost at 1.52 yuan/m³.
The transaction range of methanol in south-west China was from 2,370 to 2,710, with a decrease of 1.65%, and the average hydrogen cost at 1.85 yuan/m³.

The bid inviter was Hainan Shenneng Materials Co., Ltd. According to the announcement, the first-ranked candidate was Zhonghua No.2 Construction Group Co., Ltd., with a bid price of 5.83 million yuan; the second-ranked candidate was Zhongshihua Engineering Construction Co., Ltd., with a bid price of 5.875 million yuan. The project aimed to implement the construction requirements of Hainan's clean energy priority development demonstration zone, focusing on offshore wind power hydrogen production and comprehensive utilization technology research. It would achieve breakthroughs in key technologies such as floating platform hydrogen production, hydrogen storage and transportation, and hydrogen-to-ammonia/methanol conversion, develop core equipment and an offshore wind power hydrogen production comprehensive utilization floating platform, and provide technological and engineering support for Hainan's clean energy island construction and large-scale offshore hydrogen production.
