Shougang Steel Products February 2025 Sales Price Policy Adjustment Announcement In February 2025, the prices of certain steel products from Shougang will be adjusted as follows based on the "Shougang Steel Products January 2025 Sales Price Policy": The base price of HRC remains unchanged. The base price of pickled coils remains unchanged. The base price of cold-rolled coils remains unchanged. The base price of hot-dip galvanized sheets remains unchanged. The base price of aluminum-zinc and high-aluminum zinc-aluminum-magnesium coils remains unchanged. The base price of color-coated sheets remains unchanged. The base price of Chalco zinc-aluminum-magnesium products remains unchanged. The base price of medium-thickness plates remains unchanged. Electrical steel: the base prices of non-oriented and oriented products remain unchanged. All the above adjustments are tax-exclusive prices and will take effect from the date of issuance. The Marketing Center of Shougang Co., Ltd. reserves the right of final interpretation.

In February 2025, the prices of certain Shougang steel products will be adjusted as follows based on the "Shougang Steel Products Selling Price Policy for January 2025":

The base price of HRCremains unchanged.

The base price of pickled coilsremains unchanged.

The base price of cold-rolled coilsremains unchanged.

The base price of hot-dip galvanized sheetsremains unchanged.

The base price of aluminum-zinc and high-aluminum zinc-aluminum-magnesium coilsremains unchanged.

The base price of color-coated sheetsremains unchanged.

The base price of Chalco zinc-aluminum-magnesium productsremains unchanged.

The base price of medium-thickness platesremains unchanged.

Electrical steel: the base price of non-oriented and oriented steelremains unchanged.

All the above adjustments are tax-exclusive prices and will take effect from the date of issuance. The right of interpretation belongs to the Marketing Center of Shougang Co., Ltd.
