[SMM Weekly Iron Ore Report] Looking ahead to next week, iron ore shipments overseas remain in peak season, with the possibility of further increases in shipment volumes. However, due to the decline in shipment volumes at the beginning of July and the recent impact of typhoons, port unloading efficiency is expected to decline, leading to a possible decrease in arrivals. On the demand side, affected by the transition from old to new national standards for rebar, some steel mills have planned maintenance, coupled with increasing losses at steel mills, some blast furnaces under inspection have postponed their resumption of production. It is estimated that the growth in molten iron production will not be achieved next week, and the average daily molten iron output is expected to decline slightly. However, the rigid demand for iron ore remains, providing some support for prices. Considering that the recent pessimistic sentiment has subsided, it is expected that iron ore prices will stabilize and rebound next week...
