Mianzhu City Signs 3 Billion RMB Project for Large-Scale Energy Storage Sodium-Ion Battery

The official website of the People's Government of Mianzhu City, Deyang, Sichuan Province, China, announced that on the afternoon of January 28th, Mianzhu City held a signing ceremony for the industrialization project of key materials for the large-scale energy storage sodium-ion battery of Huzhou Chaona New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The total investment of the project is 3 billion RMB, and it will build a production base for 80,000 tons of sodium-ion battery cathode materials in Mianzhu. The project covers an area of 300 mu, and after completion, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 4 billion RMB and an annual tax revenue of 160 million RMB. The official signing of the project in Mianzhu marks a significant step forward in the construction of the sodium-electric new energy industry in Mianzhu.
