Eneti revealed that its wholly-owned subsidiary Seajacks UK has signed a contract with an undisclosed customer for the transportation and installation of offshore wind turbines. According to the contract, Eneti will deploy one of the two NG16000X wind turbine installation vessels (WTIVs) currently under construction at Hanwha Ocean (formerly Daehan Shipbuilding Marine), which is expected to start operations in the second quarter of 2027. The project is expected to have a contract period of 180 to 210 days, with total revenue of approximately USD 73 million to 84 million (equivalent to approximately RMB 5.34 billion to 6.14 billion), of which the total project cost is estimated to be USD 8 million (equivalent to approximately RMB 58.48 million).
