Ideal Automobile, a Chinese car giant worth 300 billion yuan, has stepped up its investment in the photovoltaic industry with the establishment of a new company called Yangzhou Car and Home Energy Services Co., Ltd. The registered capital of the company is 1 million yuan and its business scope includes solar power generation technology services.

From the equity relationship, the company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing Car and Home Energy Services Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Car and Home"), which is under Ideal Automobile. This also means that Ideal Automobile has another photovoltaic company.

This is not the first time that Ideal Automobile has laid out the photovoltaic field. As early as April 2022, Ideal Automobile had the idea of making achievements in the photovoltaic field. Its ESG report proposed that in the future, Ideal Automobile will actively explore energy-saving initiatives, accelerate the construction of a clean, low-carbon and safe and efficient energy system, and comprehensively coordinate and promote photovoltaic power generation plans.
