After the "recognition of housing but not credit" policy was implemented, the real estate market has become more active. Recently, reporters visited the real estate markets in first-tier cities such as Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, and the overall feeling was that the real estate market was getting warmer and there were more people looking at houses. In the second-hand housing market, the number of telephone consultations and appointment visits to intermediary stores has increased significantly, and the listing volume has also increased significantly. Yan Yuejin, director of research at E-House Research Institute, believes that the new policy has obviously boosted market transactions, but developers should not over-hype, let buyers feel that the purchase price of the property is relatively high, seize the policy window period, and accelerate the destocking. "Buyers are more willing to enter the market after the policy is clear, and with the arrival of 'Golden Nine and Silver Ten', the transaction of first and second-hand housing markets is expected to be active."
