The National Development and Reform Commission and other departments issued guidance on promoting the recycling of decommissioned wind power and photovoltaic equipment, which mentioned strengthening financial and policy support. We should invest budget funds to existing funds for recycling projects. We will implement, in accordance with the law, relevant preferential tax policies on energy conservation and water conservation, accelerated depreciation of fixed assets, and an immediate VAT refund on products that comprehensively utilize resources. The recycling industry of decommissioned wind power and photovoltaic equipment will be included in the green industry guidance catalog. We will enrich green financial products and services, and provide financing facilities for eligible decommissioned wind power and photovoltaic equipment recycling projects. Meanwhile, we will encourage qualified local governments to formulate special support policies for the recycling industry of decommissioned equipment.
