China's New Ship Orders In May Rank First In The World

According to data released by Clarkson, a British shipbuilding and shipping industry analysis agency, last month, global ship orders were 2.06 million corrected gross tons (CGT), a year-on-year decrease of 36%.

SHANGHAI, Jun 8 (SMM) – According to data released by Clarkson, a British shipbuilding and shipping industry analysis agency, last month, global ship orders were 2.06 million corrected gross tons (CGT), a year-on-year decrease of 36%.

China ranked first with 1.41 million CGT, and South Korea ranked second with 510,000 CGT.

In terms of the number of ships, South Korea and China respectively undertook 17 and 52 orders, and there is a big gap between the two.

[SMM Steel] Harga Baja India Kuat karena Penyesuaian Pasokan Menopang HRC dan Produk Panjang

[India] Harga baja India menguat, dengan indeks skrap ferrous domestik naik 2 USD/ton (200 INR/ton) dibandingkan hari sebelumnya. Billet di Mandi Gobindgarh naik 3 USD/ton (250 INR/ton) menjadi 445 USD/ton (42.500 INR/ton), sementara rebar 12 mm naik 3 USD/ton (300 INR/ton) menjadi 495 USD/ton (47.200 INR/ton). Di Raipur, billet naik ke 404 USD/ton (38.600 INR/ton), sedangkan rebar mencapai 425 USD/ton (40.600 INR/ton). Harga HRC domestik juga naik sekitar 1–8 USD/ton (100–800 INR/ton) dibandingkan minggu sebelumnya, didukung oleh penyesuaian pasokan di pabrik-pabrik utama.
