China HRC Stocks down 1.14% on Week

SHANGHAI, May 11 (SMM) – The total inventory of HRC across social warehouses and steel makers in China stood at 3.34 million mt as of May 11, down 38,600 mt or 1.14% from a week ago, a drop of 9.32% on the year.

The inventory across social warehouses was 2.23 million mt, down 37,900 mt or 1.67% from a week ago, a drop of 14.15% on the year.

The in-plant inventory of steel makers totalled 1.11 million mt, down 800 mt or 0.07% from a week ago, and an increase of 2.23% on the year.
