SHANGHAI, Mar 30 (SMM) - According to data from the Ministry of Finance, from January to February, the total operating income of state-owned enterprises was 12239.52 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 5.0%. The total profits were 650.56 billion yuan, up 9.9% YoY.
