Seaborne crude oil shipments from Russia rose sharply ahead of an imminent production cut in the world's third-largest oil producer. Data show that in the week ended February 17, Russia's seaborne crude oil shipments soared to 3.6 million bbl/day, the highest level in more than a month, an increase of 26% from the previous week. The four-week average of shipments was 3.3 million bbl/day.
