On the same day, New Zebang also announced that the company intends to take Huizhou Zebang Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huizhou Zebang"), a wholly-owned subsidiary, as the main body of the project. In the Daya Bay petrochemical area of Huizhou City, the company plans to invest in the construction of 150000 tons of carbonate solvent and co-production of ethylene glycol, with an investment of 195 million yuan, a construction period of 1.5 years, and is expected to be gradually put into production in 2023.

It is worth noting that the new Zebang has also disclosed a plan to issue convertible corporate bonds to unspecified objects. the total amount of funds to be raised by the company to issue convertible corporate bonds will not exceed RMB 2 billion (including). It is reported that the total investment of the project is 1.805 billion yuan, which is used to expand the production capacity of electronic information materials, special engineering materials and new energy materials, including 1150 tons / year of electronic information materials, 6500 tons / year of special engineering materials and 250 tons / year of new energy materials.

Among them, electronic information materials products include PPI-01 products (polyimide monomer materials for electronics and display), PPR-01 products (detergent addition materials in semiconductor process), PLS-01 products (liquid crystal monomer materials for display) and so on. The new energy material products include: PBB-01 products (electrolyte additives for new energy batteries), PBB-02 products (electrolyte additives for new energy batteries), PBB-03 products (electrolyte additives for new energy batteries) and so on.

(Phase I) issued by Jingdezhen Ecological and Environmental Bureau. The reply agrees that Fuxiang Science and Technology should build an annual production capacity of 10000 tons of VC (vinyl carbonate) project in Yushan Pharmaceutical Industrial Park (south of Jingdezhen Power Plant) in Jingdezhen Ceramic Industrial Park, and implement various environmental protection measures and requirements, strictly implement the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, and ensure the stable discharge of all kinds of pollutants.

Sanmei Co., Ltd. plans to rebuild and expand 6000 tons / year lithium hexafluorophosphate project.

Recently, the environmental impact assessment of the environmental impact report of 6000 tons / year lithium hexafluorophosphate and 6000 tons / year high purity PF waste project of Dongying Chemical Co., Ltd. was publicized for the second time in Qingliu County, Fujian Province.

It is reported that the project will build an annual production line of 6000 tons of lithium hexafluorophosphate and an annual production line of 5150 tons of PF resin (of which 5050 tons are used as intermediate raw materials and 100 tons as product sales), as well as supporting facilities and public works. The new project will be implemented by Sanmei (603379) wholly-owned subsidiary Dongying Chemical Co., Ltd., Qingliu County, Fujian Province, with a total investment of 234 million.

It is reported that the project plans to invest 360 million yuan in the construction of Jining Yanzhou Chemical Additives Industrial Park with an annual output of 8000 tons of lithium-ion power battery electrolyte functional additives and 8000 tons of special silane coupling agents. The project will be built by stages, with an investment of 310 million yuan in the first phase, which can achieve an annual output of 4425 tons of functional additives for lithium-ion power battery electrolyte and 6500 tons of special silane coupling agents (including 1000t/a 3-chloropropyl methyl diethoxysilane, 4000t/a 3-(2-epoxypropoxy) propyl trimethoxysilane and 500t/a 3-(2-epoxypropoxy) propyl trimethoxysilane. 1000t/a 3-(2 methylene 3-propylene oxide) propyl trimethoxysilane).
