At present, the development of new energy storage has been repeatedly put on the agenda. Liu Yafang, deputy director of the Science and Technology and equipment Department of the National Energy Administration, has also predicted that by the end of this year, the installed scale of China's new energy storage will exceed 4 million kilowatts.

It is reported that in recent years, Camel shares will spend at least 100 million yuan every year on the research and development of new energy batteries. In the field of new energy storage batteries, Camel shares is also constantly strengthening the research and development of household energy storage and industrial energy storage products, actively opening up the energy storage market, and seizing opportunities for the development of new energy.

It is understood that in the future, Camel will select low-voltage lithium battery applications and energy storage as the starting point of the company's new energy strategy. In the automotive low-voltage battery plate, Camel's products in the new energy vehicle auxiliary battery plate have met the technical requirements of BMW and other European and American mainframe factories. At present, the company has the production capacity of about 500000 12V low-voltage lithium battery cells, and is planning to invest in a new production line with a production capacity of 2 million units according to the needs of the order.

At present, Camel has set its sights on the domestic mainstream new energy vehicle companies, with the intention of realizing the full coverage of lead acid + lithium battery auxiliary battery products. In 2022, the company will break through the key target customers, strive to achieve the target of more than 30% of the auxiliary battery market share, and achieve the target of more than 50% market share by 2025.

In the new energy lithium battery plate, the company has also completed the layout of the lithium power "integration of purchase and marketing" industry chain, and is building a lithium power recovery production line. in the future, it is expected to solve the problem of the supply of lithium battery raw materials like the waste lead-acid battery recovery system, which is basically self-sufficient in lead storage battery raw materials.

It is worth mentioning that with the continuous popularity of the field of new energy vehicles, the demand for lithium batteries has been high, and the price of raw materials for power batteries has also risen. Among them, lithium carbonate, as a typical representative, has been "rising" continuously since it entered December. Since the beginning of December, the average spot price of domestic battery-grade lithium carbonate has risen to 245500 yuan / ton, up 40, 000 yuan / ton from the beginning of December, and an average daily increase of more than 2800 yuan / ton.
