[Yinghe Technology won the bid for lithium power equipment order of 1.294 billion yuan] Yinghe Technology announced that the company recently received a "bid winning notice" from Baoding Great Wall Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Great Wall Holdings"). The company's lithium battery production equipment won a total bid amount of 1.2937648 billion yuan (including tax), and this order alone accounted for 54.25% of the company's audited business income.

Yinghe Technology announced that the company recently received a "bid winning notice" from Baoding Great Wall Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Great Wall Holdings"). The company's lithium battery production equipment won a total of 1.2937648 billion yuan (including tax). This order alone accounts for 54.25% of the company's audited operating income in 2020.

According to Battery China, the order for lithium battery equipment won by Yinhe Technology mainly comes from Honeycomb Energy and Honeycomb Energy subsidiaries of Great Wall Holdings. The lithium electricity equipment for winning the bid includes coating machine, roll cutting machine, roll press, cutting machine, cutting machine, laser cutting machine, ultrasonic welding machine, laser welding machine, primary helium inspection, secondary helium inspection and so on.

Since the beginning of this year, Honeycomb Energy has invested tens of billions of yuan to expand power battery capacity in Maanshan, Huzhou, Suining, Nanjing and other places. The planned capacity of the above several honeycomb energy power battery bases is close to 100GWh. Yang Hongxin, chairman and CEO of Honeycomb Energy, said in an interview that new energy vehicles have gone through the exploratory stage and entered the stage of rapid development, and the next competition is no longer purely a matter of technical route, but industrialization capacity and production capacity. Based on this judgment, Honeycomb Energy is being distributed nationally and globally, striving to reach 200GWh by 2025.

With the signing of the above-mentioned power battery bases, Honeycomb Energy is also actively promoting project construction and mass production, and the procurement and entry of lithium power equipment are also advancing rapidly.

The winning bid for Honeycomb equipment orders in Ma'anshan, Huzhou, Suining and Nanjing, on the one hand, shows that Honeycomb's power battery bases are about to be completed, and production capacity is expected to be released soon; on the other hand, it also shows that the lithium battery equipment of Yinhe Technology has been recognized by key customers downstream.

It is reported that before winning the bid for this project, Yinhe Technology had won 698 million yuan of lithium equipment orders from Honeycomb Energy and Honeycomb Energy subsidiaries in the past year.

Recently, Yinghe Technology revealed in its 2021 semi-annual report that as of the date of disclosure of the announcement, the company has signed more than 5.2 billion yuan of lithium equipment orders this year, and its main customers include Ningde Times, Honeycomb Energy, Yiwei Lithium Energy, BYD, LG New Energy and other domestic and foreign head battery enterprises.

It is worth mentioning that on August 28, the Yakang Jinke Industrial Park in Dongguan, a new industrial park of Yonghe Technology, held its opening ceremony, marking the official opening of its new delivery room. It is reported that Jinke Industrial Park is located in Dongguan, with a factory area of 107000 square meters, and the area of the park has tripled compared with the previous one. The commissioning of the new industrial park is expected to greatly improve the delivery efficiency of Shinghe technology orders.
