In this context, another A-share listed company invested 1 billion yuan to enter the lithium salt project!

Details of Lithium Salt Project

On the evening of July 20, Tiantie (300587.SZ) announced that Changjili New Energy, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, intends to sign an "Investment Agreement" with the construction and management office of Longqiao Chemical Industry Park in Lujiang High-tech Zone, Hefei, with a total investment of about 1 billion yuan.

According to the agreement, Changjili New Energy plans to invest in the construction of a series of lithium salts with an annual output of 50000 tons and its supporting products in Longqiao Chemical Park of Lujiang High-tech Zone.

After the completion of the project, it will form an annual production capacity of 30000 tons of anhydrous lithium chloride, 10000 tons of battery-grade lithium carbonate and 10000 tons of battery-grade lithium hydroxide.

In terms of construction plan, the project is scheduled to start construction before November 30, 2021 and be completed and put into production on May 31, 2023. After all the projects are completed and reach production, the annual output value will be about 5 billion yuan, and the annual tax revenue will be about 400 million yuan.

In terms of project implementation, Changjili New Energy will set up a new company with independent accounting as the main body of the project.
