The shareholders of the company are Qinghai Taifeng Lithium Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (49.5%), Western Mining Group Co., Ltd. (27%), Qinghai Lianyu Potash Fertilizer Co., Ltd. (20.34%), Qinghai CITIC Guoan Technology Development Co., Ltd. (2.16%). Qinghai State-owned assets Investment Management Co., Ltd. (1%). The company is also the controlling shareholder of Qinghai Lithium Industry Co., Ltd.

In the exchange session, with regard to the question of "how to calculate the company's salt lake lithium reserves", Qinghai Dongtai Jinel Lithium Resources Co., Ltd. replied that it was mainly calculated according to the depth of groundwater and measuring the lithium content in the liquid, but in view of the fact that the underground is also rich in solid lithium ore resources, the actual reserves are far larger than those currently measured.

In response to the question of "the company has its own raw material factory, how much raw materials are self-supplied and how many are sold out", Qinghai Dongtai Jinel Lithium Resources Co., Ltd. admitted that the company basically did not sell it this year. The company's current lithium carbonate inventory is prepared for the future 160000 tons of lithium iron phosphate and is not sold to the outside world.
