Tianji Co., Ltd.: sign a long-term cooperation agreement with Shenzhen BYD on the long-term supply of lithium hexafluorophosphate

(002759.SZ) announced that in order to further strengthen and expand the cooperative relationship between supply and demand and achieve a greater degree of win-win cooperation, recently, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangsu Xintai material Technology Co., Ltd. ("Xintai Materials") and Shenzhen BYD supply chain Management Co., Ltd. ("Shenzhen BYD") signed a "long-term cooperation agreement" on the long-term supply of lithium hexafluorophosphate.

The two sides have determined the supply quantity of lithium hexafluorophosphate products: from July 2021 to December 2022, Xintai Materials will supply no less than 3500 tons of lithium hexafluorophosphate to Shenzhen BYD; in 2023, the supply of lithium hexafluorophosphate products will be 3600 tons to 7800 tons. Specific production capacity will be negotiated again in December 2022.
