On May 22, the kick-off meeting of Guoxuan Hi-Tech Yichun Lithium Power New Energy Project was held in Yichun Economic and technological Development Zone.

It is reported that the Guoxuan Hi-Tech Yichun lithium new energy project has a total investment of 11.5 billion yuan, which is divided into two phases, mainly engaged in mine resources development, lithium carbonate extraction, lithium battery R & D and manufacturing, energy storage system development, and so on, to build the whole industry chain system of power battery. after reaching production, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 20 billion yuan. It is reported that the project is the first 10 billion project introduced by Yichun City, and it is also the largest single project investment of industrial enterprises in Yichun at present. After the completion of the project, it will play a leading and promoting role in accelerating the development of new energy industry and promoting the realization of advanced industrial foundation and modernization of industrial chain in Yichun.

Last year, Guoxuan Hi-Tech achieved operating income of 6.724 billion yuan, up 35.60% from the same period last year, while the net profit belonging to the owner of the parent company was 150 million yuan, up 192.02% from the same period last year. Benefiting from the strong downstream demand for domestic new energy power lithium batteries, Guoxuan Tech's sales of lithium batteries reached 2.5831 billion amperes last year, an increase of 69.24% over the same period last year; revenue reached 6.277 billion yuan, an increase of 45.27% over the same period last year, accounting for 93.35% of revenue.

In the first quarter of this year, Guoxuan Hi-Tech achieved revenue of 1.292 billion yuan, an increase of 77.09% over the same period last year, and net profit of 47.9183 million yuan, an increase of 42.49% over the same period last year. According to the development plan, the company will achieve the strategic goal of achieving 100GWh production capacity in 2025, world-class technical capacity, power service revenue of no less than 20%, and domestic market share of no less than 20%.
