Xu Zhongxiu, mayor of Xiaokou Town, introduced the relevant situation of Xiaokou Green New Energy Industrial Park. the overall development of the park is divided into three plates: first, resource recycling, comprehensive utilization, circular economy and green environmental protection industry based on non-ferrous metal smelting; second, new lead battery and new energy battery industry; third, new energy automobile and spare parts matching and intelligent manufacturing industry. At present, the park has reached cooperation with Tianneng Group, Chaowei Group, Lishi Group and Fengfan Group, and has formed an annual production capacity of 700000 tons of recycled lead. In 2019, the park achieved a total industrial output value of 14.009 billion yuan and a financial revenue of 696 million yuan, making an important contribution to the local economic and social development.
In Dahua Energy Technology Co., Ltd., Taihe County, Chairman Zhu Guiyou accompanied the investigation and introduced the relevant situation of the enterprise. Dahua Energy Co., Ltd. has an annual output of 200000 tons of recycled lead refining and deep processing project jointly funded by Hong Kong Lishi International Group and Dahua Company. The most advanced oxygen-enriched side-blowing smelting process is adopted to minimize the impact on the environment, reduce energy consumption, and realize resource saving and recycling.
In Anhui Chaowei Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Chairman Xing Xiuliang accompanied the investigation and introduced the relevant situation of the enterprise. Anhui Chaowei Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. is jointly funded by Chaowei Power Group and Anhui Taozhuang Lake Company, with a capacity of 200000 tons of recycled lead. The project adopts advanced and automatic regenerated lead smelting technology at home and abroad, and the main process adopts automatic disassembly of storage battery, oxygen-enriched two-side blowing melting pool smelting, crude lead fire refining and flue gas ionic liquid desulfurization to produce sulphuric acid, with high comprehensive utilization of resources.
In Anhui Tianchang Metal material Co., Ltd., General Manager Guan Wankun accompanied the investigation and introduced the relevant situation of the enterprise. Anhui Tianchang Co., Ltd. was rebuilt by Tianneng Group on the basis of the former Yangtze River Metals Co., Ltd., with a capacity of 200000 tons of recycled lead. The project will become Tianneng Group's efforts to promote the transformation of the resource recycling industry to high-end, intelligent and green, and strive to become a leading demonstration base for green, low-carbon and circular development.
At the forum, the research group listened to the introduction of the person in charge of the relevant departments of Taihe County on the idea of promoting the development of the park. Pan Jianghui welcomed Li Shilong and his entourage on behalf of the county party committee and county government. Pan Jianghui pointed out that since 2018, the Xiaokou Green New Energy Industrial Park has paid a huge price for the transformation and upgrading of enterprises. judging from the current production conditions and reaching the standards, the effort has been rewarded and the transformation has been successful. this industry has been brought back from the dead in Taihe and caught up with the shuttle bus of the "sunrise industry", which is not only in line with the country's industrial development policy, but also meets the requirements of green environmental protection production. It has laid a solid foundation for the next development direction.
Hong Yun highly appreciated the work and achievements made in promoting the green transformation and development of the recycled lead industry in Taihe County. He introduced the relevant work of the United Nations Development Programme in promoting the sustainable development of our country. Li Shilong said that Taihe, as a traditional agglomeration area of China's recycled lead industry, after a short "labor pains period", the Taihe county party committee and county government vigorously promoted the transformation and upgrading of the recycled lead industry with the determination and courage of strong men and women. At present, four listed companies have been gathered, and the production capacity of recycled lead accounts for 1/3 of the country, gradually stepping onto a new level of high-quality development.
