SMM: from 0 to 24:00 on July 24, 34 new confirmed cases were reported in 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang production and Construction Corps, including 5 imported cases (2 in Shanghai, 2 in Guangdong, 1 in Inner Mongolia) and 29 local cases (20 in Xinjiang and 9 in Liaoning). There were no new deaths. There were 2 new suspected cases, including 1 imported case (in Shanghai) and 1 local case (in Liaoning).

On the same day, 16 new cured and discharged cases were cured, 256 close contacts were relieved from medical observation, and 1 severe case was reduced compared with the previous day.

There are 79 confirmed cases (including 2 severe cases) and 1 suspected case imported from abroad. A total of 2034 cases were confirmed, 1955 cases were cured and discharged, and there were no deaths.

As of 24:00 on July 24, according to reports from 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and the Xinjiang production and Construction Corps, there were 261 confirmed cases (including 11 severe cases), a total of 78889 cured and discharged cases, and a cumulative death of 4634 cases. a total of 83784 confirmed cases and 2 suspected cases have been reported. A total of 778052 close contacts were tracked and 11500 were still under medical observation.

Thirty-one provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang production and Construction Corps reported 74 new asymptomatic infections (2 imported from abroad), 18 confirmed cases on the same day (no overseas imports), 9 released from medical observation (8 imported from abroad), and 251 asymptomatic infections under medical observation (90 imported from abroad).

A total of 2876 confirmed cases have been reported from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Among them, 2372 cases were discharged from the Hong Kong Special Administrative region (1407 cases were discharged and 16 died), 46 cases were discharged from the Macao Special Administrative region (46 cases were discharged) and 458 cases were discharged from Taiwan (440 cases were discharged and 7 cases died).
