Recently, market rumors "in response to the 70th anniversary of the founding of the people's Republic of China, the Beijing Municipal Government issued a notice saying that all steel rolling enterprises in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei have limited and stopped production." SMM verified this. According to research, although some traders in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region have heard the rumors, but there is no reliable information. With more than two months to go before the 70th anniversary of the founding of the people's Republic of China, it may be too early to shut down all nearby steel rolling enterprises. At the same time, according to SMM incomplete statistics, in terms of the distribution of steel rolling enterprises in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, with the exception of a small number of rolling mills in Tianjin (and most of the products are profile and coating), almost all of the rest are distributed in Hebei Province, and the Fengrun District of Tangshan City, which has issued a notice on the shutdown of steel rolling enterprises and has begun to implement it, is the most concentrated. As far as the product structure produced by the rolling mill is concerned, the vast majority are profile production, and most of the enterprises that produce building materials are also distributed in Tangshan Fengrun area, and most of the local steel rolling mills have stopped production according to investigation. Therefore, even if this rumor is true, its implementation also mainly affects the supply of profiles, the impact on building materials and hot rolls mainly stay in the news in the face of the boost of market sentiment, the actual impact on production is limited.
