SHANGHAI, Mar 1 (SMM) – Nickel inventories in the Shanghai bonded areas changed little from a week ago and stood at 30,400 mt as of Friday March 1, SMM data showed.
The import arbitrage window remained closed with import losses expanding this week. This prevented importers from moving cargoes from bonded warehouses to the domestic spot market.
Limited forward cargoes arrived at bonded warehouses this week, SMM learned.
