SHANGHAI, Aug. 12 (SMM) - Chongqing I/S and POSCO entered an agreement of a joint venture of cold-rolling and galvanizing worth 6.2 billion yuan recently, CHW.NET reports.
Chongqing I/S will be the controlling shareholder of the cold-rolling JV, and POSCO will hold a 10-25% stake. As to the galvanizing JV, POSCO will invest 51% to be the controlling shareholder, and Chongqing I/S will invest 49%.
