【SMM Aluminum Flash News】Hainan Huatie Completes Repurchase of Zhejiang Henglu Stake, Now Wholly-Owned Subsidiary

Hainan Huatie announced on May 19th that, as of the date of this announcement, the company has repurchased the 13.33% equity stake in Zhejiang Henglu held by Dongyang Jintou as agreed, and has paid all repurchase funds. The repurchase has been successfully completed. Recently, Zhejiang Henglu has completed its business registration change and obtained a new business license issued by the Zhejiang Provincial Market Supervision Administration. After this business registration change, the company directly holds 43.33% of the equity in Zhejiang Henglu, and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhejiang Aida Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., holds 56.67% of the equity. Zhejiang Henglu has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
