[SMM News Flash] Chunxing Precision Mechanical Plans to Transfer All Equity of Its Indian Subsidiary

According to reports, Chunxing Precision Mechanical held a total of 100% equity in Chunxing Precision Mechanical (India) Pvt. Ltd. through direct and indirect means. The company now plans to transfer all the above equity to Credicon Asset Management Pvt. Ltd., and simultaneously arrange for the settlement of debts owed by Chunxing India to the company and its subsidiaries. Recently, both parties signed a Conditional Term Sheet.
