Huaya Intelligence And Landong Technology Sign "Energy Storage Cabinet Product Procurement Framework Agreement"

On March 23, Suzhou Huaya Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. issued an announcement stating that the company signed the "Energy Storage Cabinet Product Procurement Framework Agreement" with Suzhou Landong Technology Co., Ltd. The estimated total annual transaction amount does not exceed 20 million yuan, accounting for 1.12% of the company's audited net assets in 2024. According to the terms of the framework agreement, Landong Technology intends to purchase precision metal structural components, which are Huaya Intelligence's main products, for use in the production of its energy storage cabinets. Furthermore, all production and manufacturing related to Landong Technology's business products will be completed by Huaya Intelligence.
