According to SMM, following the official resumption of operations after the Lunar New Year holiday (the 8th day of the lunar calendar), a major mainstream stainless steel mill has raised its export quotes for Indonesian material by USD15/t. This price hike is primarily supported by firming raw material costs and the release of concentrated restocking demand from overseas buyers as the market fully returns to normal activity.
