NEV Brands Shine in August: Leap Motor Leads, Others Set Records & Grow

[SMM China Automotive Market August Production and Sales Data Flash] NEV brands unveiled their latest "report cards" for August. Among them, Leap Motor took the lead in deliveries: the company delivered 57,066 units of its full lineup, up over 88% YoY, setting a new monthly sales record.

XPeng Motors also delivered strong performance, with 37,709 units delivered in August, up 168.7% YoY and 2.7% MoM, reaching another historical peak in monthly deliveries. NIO delivered 31,305 units, up 55.2% YoY, also setting a new record. Xiaomi Auto's August delivery results were equally impressive, once again exceeding 30,000 units.

Additionally, Li Auto, Harmony Intelligent Mobility Alliance (HIMA), Zeekr Technology, IM Motors, and VOYAH all achieved MoM growth in August deliveries.
