XPENG released official images of the all-new P7 Wing Edition, which features distinctive scissor doors.

Beijing (Gasgoo)-Recently, Chinese new energy vehicle (NEV) manufacturer XPENG released official images of the all-new P7 Wing Edition, which features distinctive scissor doors, a matte silver paint option, and a range of exclusive configurations.

According to the company, the special edition is equipped with Dinamica sport seats, an "Orange Glory Grey" interior, blackened welcome sills, 21-inch forged gunmetal wheels, carbon fiber trim panels, and carbon fiber side mirrors—all exclusive to this model.

Official images show the model's exterior adopts a futuristic, cyber-inspired design. At the front, the car sports a seamless light-bar daytime running lamp, matrix LED headlights, and a flush-illuminated logo. The cabin introduces a new "tri-axis floating" central display, an 87-inch panoramic AR-HUD also used in the G7, a 9-inch digital rearview mirror, an 8-inch rear entertainment screen, ambient lighting, and what XPENG says is the industry's first Touch Pad smart control panel.

The all-new XPENG P7 went on pre-sale on August 6 without pricing disclosure. Three variants are offered: a 702 km long-range version, an 820 km ultra-long-range version, and a 750 km high-performance version. XPENG said pre-orders exceeded 10,000 units within six minutes and 37 seconds, with the official launch scheduled for later this month.

The redesigned XPENG P7 adopts a minimalist curved-surface structure that integrates lighting, grille, and sensor modules into the body’s edges for a unified aesthetic and functional look. With width-to-height, length-to-height, and wheel-to-height ratios of 1.40, 3.57, and 0.52 respectively, the car presents a wider, lower, and more elongated profile. A mid-mounted electric drive layout—typical of supercars—adds both a sense of speed and enhanced stability.

Built on an 800V high-voltage SiC platform, the new XPENG P7 features a 5C ultra-fast-charging AI battery that significantly improves charging efficiency. It can add 525 km of range in just 10 minutes, with 10% to 80% charging completed in 11.3 minutes.
