Lithium King" Achieves Major Breakthrough in Solid-State Battery! 400Wh/kg Product Enters Commercialization Sprint. On April 9, Ganfeng Lithium (002460.SZ), known as the "Lithium King," released an announcement regarding the progress of its solid-state battery project. Ganfeng Lithium stated that the company has become an enterprise with integrated capabilities across the upstream and downstream of solid-state batteries. "We have conducted in-depth R&D around the core aspects of solid-state batteries, achieving significant progress in materials, battery cells, system integration, and commercial applications, providing high-safety, high-specific-energy next-generation battery solutions for NEVs, the low-altitude economy, and consumer electronics." Ganfeng Lithium noted that solid-state batteries, as a core direction of next-generation battery technology, are a key driver for the development of NEVs, energy storage systems, and low-altitude transportation. The company will leverage its integrated upstream and downstream industrial synergy, continue to increase R&D efforts, promote power technology iteration, and facilitate energy transition and industrial upgrading.
