【Settlement Based on Actual Installed Capacity! EPC Tender for Distributed Photovoltaic and User-side Energy Storage Projects in Yibin, Sichuan】SMM has learned that on September 11, Yibin, Sichuan Province, issued an EPC tender for the Demonstration Application of Carbon Neutral Green Energy Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation and User-side Energy Storage Projects in Xuzhou District. The project plans to build an installed capacity tentatively set at 40MW, with a user-side energy storage capacity of 15MWh. Notably, this project will be settled based on the fixed comprehensive installed price per watt and the fixed comprehensive energy storage price per watt-hour, i.e., according to the actual installed capacity and energy storage capacity on the DC side (regardless of the actual DC-side capacity and energy storage capacity, the fixed comprehensive installed price per watt and the fixed comprehensive energy storage price per watt-hour will not be adjusted). In other words, the total contract settlement price = fixed comprehensive installed price per watt (yuan/Wp) × DC-side capacity (Wp) + fixed comprehensive energy storage price per watt-hour (yuan/Wh) × energy storage capacity (Wh).
