[SMM Data] Operating Rate of Lithium Hexafluorophosphate Decreased in July 2024

In July, the production of lithium hexafluorophosphate reached 14,300 mt, with an overall operating rate of approximately 47.1%, a decrease of about 1.7 percentage points compared to June. The growth rate of demand in the end-user market slowed down in July, leading to weaker overall demand and a decline in the operating rate of lithium hexafluorophosphate factories. Looking ahead to August, end-user demand is expected to rise, thereby driving an increase in the demand for lithium hexafluorophosphate, with the operating rate projected to reach around 55.8%.
