Jilin Province: By 2026, The Production and Sales of NEVs in The Province Will Exceed 500,000 Units

The General Office of the People's Government of Jilin Province recently issued the "Action Plan for the High-Quality Development of the New Energy and Intelligent Connected Vehicle Industry in Jilin Province." It proposes that by 2026, the development layout of the new energy and intelligent connected vehicle industry in the province will be further optimized, with the industry scale and competitiveness at the forefront domestically. The production and sales of NEVs in the province will exceed 500,000 units, with the penetration rate of self-owned brand NEVs surpassing 40%. The local supporting rate of key new energy components will be significantly increased, reaching 70%. The speed of updating and replacing new energy vehicles in the public sector will be accelerated, and the convenience of charging and swapping services will be significantly improved. The province will take the lead in the commercial application of autonomous driving vehicles in cities and on highways. The intelligent transformation, digital transformation, and green development of the industry will be at the forefront nationwide.
