CAAM: Auto sales in July were 2.387 million units, down 1.4% YoY

Data from CAAM show that in July, auto production and sales were 2.401 million units and 2.387 million units, down 6.2% and 9% MoM, and down 2.2% and 1.4% YoY, respectively. From January to July, automobile production and sales were 15.65 million and 15.626 million respectively, an increase of 7.4% and 7.9%. The cumulative growth rates of both production and sales in July were 1.9 percentage points lower than those of January to June.
