SPIC recently held the opening ceremony of the hydrogen bus for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games. The hydrogen bus and the operation and support team of more than 200 people are ready to provide transportation support services for the Yanqing competition area of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games. At present, the State Power Investment Corporation is building the Yanqing hydrogen Industrial Park in Zhongguancun. The first phase of Yanqing Park hydrogenation station and the second phase of the Winter Olympic hydrogen production station have been completed, and the third phase of the R & D and test area is scheduled to start construction this year.

Since the second half of 2021, the policy of hydrogen energy industry has been implemented one after another. at the end of August, five central ministries jointly launched the work of fuel cell demonstration application, and defined the specific mechanism of the three demonstration urban agglomerations and subsidies at the central level. Subsequently, the local government also followed up and issued rules on industrial planning and supporting subsidies. According to the technology roadmap of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles in China, the number of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles will reach 5-100000 in 2025 and 80-1 million in 2030-2035, mainly trucks, passenger cars, heavy-duty trucks and so on.
