The announcement shows that the project is dominated by scrapped battery raw materials and adopts the mode of circular economy. after the completion of the project, it will form an annual output of 30, 000 tons of ternary precursors, 20, 000 tons of cobalt tetroxide, 5000 tons of lithium cobalt oxide, 2000 tons of cobalt tablets, 25000 tons of high-purity nickel, cobalt-manganese raw materials, and 3000 tons of lithium phosphate raw materials, and the annual output value of the park will reach more than 10 billion. Construction of the project is scheduled to start in June 2021, with construction of 30,000 tons of multiple precursors for lithium batteries expected to be completed by June 2022 and all projects by December 2023, Grimme said.
