SMM: on the evening of December 8, Yongfu shares announced that the company's controlling shareholders Bo Hong Investment, Hengcheng Investment, Bofa Investment and Ningde Times signed a "share transfer Agreement", intending to transfer their 14.57 million shares (7.9998%) of the company to Ningde Times.
The announcement shows that the transfer price is 14.52 yuan per share, and the total transfer price is 212 million yuan. After this equity change, the shareholding proportion of Bo Hong Investment, Hengcheng Investment and Bofa Investment will be reduced from 54.8932% to 46.8934%, which will still be the controlling shareholder of the company. Ningde Times will hold 7.9998% of the shares, according to the shareholder list disclosed in the third quarterly report of Yongfu shares. Ningde Times will become the third largest shareholder of Yongfu shares.
It is reported that Yongfu currently has the planning, design and development capabilities of large-scale energy storage power stations above 100MW, system-level application and project development capabilities of large-scale new energy generation energy storage power stations, landscape storage and charging, and other panoramic micro-grid / micro-energy network energy storage planning consulting and design and development capabilities. The company has also accumulated a large amount of development and reserves for energy storage application projects, with a cumulative capacity of more than 700MWH, which is widely involved in practical cases such as large-scale energy storage power station, Scenic Storage Electroweb, "multi-station in one" substation, large-scale data center and comprehensive energy demonstration project in the park, etc. Preliminary work for large-scale energy storage power station is being carried out at present.
It is worth noting that, in addition to Yongfu shares, this year, Zhongtian Hongxin signed an agreement with Ningde Times, which will jointly cooperate and promote the landing of the energy storage project of the State Electric Investment Group. In addition, Ningde Times has set up an energy storage joint venture with State Grid Comprehensive Energy Group, and Fujian Baicheng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. has set up a joint venture to focus on integrated storage, charging and inspection charging stations.
